Linda Powers-Daniel
Founder and President
Linda Powers-Daniel is the Founder and President of Human Assets
Associates, Inc. A consultant, speaker, and trainer, she has
over 25 years of experience in a variety of executive-level human
resources areas including employee relations, diversity, management,
recruitment, training, insurance, risk management and strategic
planning. One of her specialties is working with the construction
industry.
Prior to establishing her consulting firm, Ms. Daniel was Director
of Worldwide Human Resources for an international telecommunications
management company in South Florida. She previously held human
resource management positions with two Florida companies in the
healthcare field. Before moving to Florida, Ms. Daniel also consulted
with the Tennessee Bankers Association on employee benefits packages,
human resource communications, and risk management.

Ms. Daniel has a Bachelor of Science Degree from East Tennessee State University
in Secondary Education. She has met insurance licensure requirements for Life
and
Health, Property and Casualty for the states of Virginia and Tennessee and Life
and Health licensure requirements for the state Florida. Ms. Daniel is an honored
member
of the International Executive Guild and Empire’s Who’s Who. She
is a member
of the Society of Human Resource Management and the International Society of
Human Resource Management. Ms. Daniel was profiled in the “Trendsetters” section
of the Florida Trend Magazine in July 2001 for her professional services work.
Ms. Daniel holds many certificates in Accident Investigation for Workers Compensation
and Risk Management. She has served on the Personnel Committee for SOS Children’s
Village for
four years, and served on the Board of Directors for HUGS for Kids, chairing
the personnel committee for one year.
