Purpose and Scope: Attendees will learn how to use their natural "style" to succeed as a leader by utilizing the DISC behavioral profiling tool. Class Title: Hiring For Success
Purpose & Scope: Attendees will learn how to match the best applicant to any job opening and how to make each interview a focused success. Attendees will learn the hiring process from planning the interview, complying with employment law, using DISC to assess the candidate's past and future job performance capabilities to predict his/her future success with your organization.

Purpose and Scope: Attendees will learn how to avoid the legal pitfalls of staff management and apply legally defensible best practices to protect the organization and themselves. This session will provide an overview of employee discrimination/EEO, Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and any applicable state or local legislation.
