Testimonials

It is with sincere regret that we must inform you of the termination of your services with us.

As you know, we were taken over by United Subcontractors, Inc. which has a full time Human Resources department at our disposal. Since we are now being fully run by United Subcontractors, we are no longer able to justify the monthly charge to them.

It is bittersweet to have to say goodbye, especially since the last couple of years have been such a pleasure working with you and your staff. Your company has helped to put our Human Resources department on the map and due to your wonderful expertise we have been able to make sure that we have been in compliance with all aspects of Human Resources.

Please know that we would highly recommend you to anyone that needs your assistance and wish you all the best.

Sincerely,
Jack Thomas

Our experience with Human Assets Associates, Inc. has been an invaluable one. We took advantage of nearly all of the services that this fine firm offers from personnel systems assessment and management to benefits appraisal and guidance. They reviewed our needs thoroughly and expertly, providing us with tailor-made advice and assistance. We are especially pleased to be able to access the services of “our own Human Resources Director” on a consulting basis at a fraction of the cost of employing such a qualified professional.

Human Assets Associates has provided services to SOS Children’s Village (SOS) in the role of consultant on retainer for the past three years for general consultation, training and development purposes. They have prepared and facilitated trainings for staff in the following areas: management issues/styles/communication, office etiquette for administrative assistants, fair management practices and avoiding litigation, and individual consultation to various staff.

We have found them to be very knowledgeable in the area of human resources. They relate well to our staff, have demonstrated an ability to quickly identify the areas of concern, give reliable direction and make suggestions that are practical and achievable.

SOS anticipates enlisting Human Assets Associates’ services on an ongoing basis and considers them a valuable asset to our agency.

The challenge of keeping up with the constant changes in the HR industry is daunting. In the five years we have used your firm’s services, we have faced challenges we never expected to develop or encounter within our company. Your team has treated some very difficult concerns with tact and professionalism.

I especially like the annual retainer because whenever an HR issue arises the first words our of our President’s mouth are, “call and ask how we should handle this.” It is comforting to know that whenever an issue arises, we can pick up the phone and call you. Your response is quick and the actions you have taken or advised us to take have always resulted in successful resolution.

Human Assets Associates has continuously proven to be an asset to our company.

Human Assets Associates, Inc. provided a sensitivity training session entitled, “Diversity in Business” to the faculty, managers and staff of the Fort Lauderdale campus of City College. The session was well received and provoked lively discussion in the group. Overall, the session met our needs; and I would recommend Human Assets Associates, Inc. to provide training to other groups.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the very thorough and professional consultation services provided by you in the development of the Bank of East Tennessee’s Directors Compensation Program.

I found your organization to be most receptive to identifying and meeting the specific needs of our directors. I was most impressed by the timeliness and efficiency you demonstrated in delivering the final product. It was truly a pleasure to work with you.

We were in the process of re-creating our personnel manual and we needed help. We also wanted to add job descriptions for all of our employees. This is a monumental task for even the smallest company, but they gave us the tools to get the job done. The entire process was completed within our timeframe and further; we sent the completed job descriptions and employee manual to our attorney to double check for compliance. The employee handbook and the job descriptions were approved without exception!

They are an exceptional source of information for our company. I have the need to call from time to time to ask questions regarding Human Resource issues, and I know and trust in her ability to provide answers I can count on.
